UTB appoints two new BDMs to mortgages and bridging team

United Trust Bank (UTB) has welcomed two new BDMs to its mortgages and bridging team.

Kerry Bradley (pictured below) has joined the specialist bank from Together, where she was a BDM supporting brokers in London and East Anglia.

She has over 18 years of experience in property finance, including roles at Santander and Mortgage Express.

Paul Delmonte (pictured above) has joined UTB from Affirmative Finance, where he was a BDM for the North West, Midlands and Wales.

He has previously served at NatWest in its private banking division and more recently as a commercial underwriter at Together.

Kerry and Paul join Nick Warren, Paul Mansell and Chris Pedlar and will report to Mike Walters (pictured top), who was recently promoted to head of sales.

Mike said that UTB was continuing to invest in people and technology as it sought to develop and further improve the bank’s mortgages and bridging offering to brokers across England and Wales.

“Kerry and Paul bring a great deal of experience between them and I’m sure they will be great additions to our successful BDM team.

“Since embarking on a programme to extend UTB’s services and support to brokers beyond the traditional London and South East regions, we have seen a considerable increase in new business volumes and growing interest in the benefits UTB’s bridging and specialist mortgage products can bring to brokers and their customers.

“With our bigger BDM team out on the road supported by our excellent internal sales team, case managers and underwriters back in the office, the future for UTB’s mortgage and bridging business looks very bright.”
