The invitation-only roundtable — which is supported by Hampshire Trust Bank and United Trust Bank — will be held on Friday 5th April at Watson Farley & Williams’ offices at 15 Appold Street, London.
The agenda will include discussions on what events and circumstances could alter the BTL and specialist mortgage sectors and the potential impact this could have on exits in the bridging market.
Alex Searle, sales director at Hampshire Trust Bank; and Gavin Diamond, commercial director of bridging at United Trust Bank; will be joined by Ranjeev Kumar, partner at Watson Farley & Williams.
Also in attendance will be four specialist finance brokers: Kim McGinley, director at VIBE Finance; Kevin Thomson, sales director at Connect for Intermediaries; Andrea Juniper, director at Only Bridging; and Simon Das, managing director at 978 Bridging.
