Its record week comes shortly after the lender secured a £100m funding line with NatWest.

All transactions were completed in the last week of March, topping off a first quarter that exceeded all targets.

The deals were spread over a diverse mix of assets, which included:

• a prime central London house
• two attractive boutique hotels in west London 
• a trophy manor house in the country 
• a small commercial investment in the city

All transactions concluded within the targeted timescales, some within one week of legal instructions.
