The 12-month loan has an LTV of 75% and will assist the borrower to purchase the properties as part of a restructuring of its real estate portfolio.

The company has a long-term investment strategy where they add value and undergo joint ventures to build their portfolio within the UK and European real estate market.
The borrower plans to exit the facility by means of refinancing with a term lender.
