Aldermore has refreshed it has not only revamped its entire buy-to-let range but also launched a new SME business lounge in Leeds…

 
Charles announced the revamped buy-to-let mortgages which brings the firm’sits residential and commercial range under one proposition which would hence givinge brokers and landlords a wider variety of products.
 
“Our new range covers the full and broad spectrum of buy- to- let, from the simple to complex, catering for all types of broker and landlord, including those companies that own buy- to- let property, which is a feature that may be more attractive to some borrowers post the recent Budget changes,” said Charles. 
 
The changes were made after a survey revealed due to 84% of intermediaries and landlords believeding that lenders needed to be more innovative to meet the varied needs of landlords.
 
“As a relatively new entrant to the banking sector, it is imperative that we listen to our customers’ needs and we are constantly looking at ways to innovate and evolve,” added Charles. 
 
It was not only landlords to whom Aldermore were appealing to this month as it launched a new business lounge in Leeds city centre to support local SMEs. 
 
It becomes Aldermore’s first business lounge and offers free to use meeting rooms, event space and access to the bank’s business experts.
 
Rob Lankey, Director of Group Distribution at Aldermore, said the opening of the business lounge was a milestone for the bank.
 
“The opening of our Business Lounge gives SMEs in and around Leeds a space, free of charge to allow them to hold meetings and access our facilities and experts at Aldermore,” said Rob. 
 
“We aim to give back to our communities and our Business Lounge offering is another way we are doing this.”
