Simon joins the Cabot Square Capital-backed specialist lender as relationship director and will focus on overall distribution strategy.
Prior to being recruited by Lendco, Simon served at Amicus Property Finance, where he was a business development director, and has also held roles at Investec Private Bank and Commercial Acceptances.

“[It has] made significant progress in a short space of time and I look forward to helping [it] shape [its] bridging and distribution proposition.”
Lendco launched last year and offers specialist BTL and bridging products, distributing to a limited number of introducers on its panel.
Simon Knight, managing director at Lendco, said it was pleased that Simon Chapman was joining the team.
