Simon has been recruited from Lendco, where he served as business development director.

Prior to that, he held roles at Amicus Finance, UBS, Investec Bank and Commercial Acceptances Limited.

He has specialised in all aspects of property finance and will assist Pluto in funding the development of over 2,000 new homes across the UK.
