“During my time as sales director, I had the privilege of leading an exceptional team that consistently achieved record DIPs, valuations, offers, and completion months — together we navigated challenging market conditions, including the impact of Covid and the mini-budget, to hit our growth targets.”
After thanking and acknowledging a number of HTB colleagues and brokers, Marcus continued: “As I move forward I'm excited to explore new opportunities where I can contribute to the growth of another team, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration.”
HTB also commented on his departure: "Marcus has left the business to pursue new opportunities and we wish him all the best in his future career."
