Mark Slingo (pictured above) joins the specialist lender as a senior credit analyst.

Prior to this, Mark worked for various companies throughout his career, including Vida Homeloans, FinCorp and Funding365.

Two credit analysts have also been appointed and will join the team full-time in March.

Catalyst has also recruited Ryan Williams as client relationship manager and Oliver Jenkins as new business support consultant.

Commenting on his appointment, Mark said: “I am excited to join Catalyst as Chris [Fairfax, CEO at Catalyst] and the team have taken the company from strength to strength over the last four years and are now looking to expand further and diversify into other markets.”
